All of our products are made to order through our fulfillment partner. This allows us to reduce waste and deliver high-quality gear made specifically for you.

Returns & Refunds

Because each Rostered product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after being placed.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, contact us immediately. While we’ll do our best to help, changes are not guaranteed once production has begun.
